意見論述問題（Opinion Writing）は、提示された質問に対して自分の意見を述べ、その理由を2つ書く形式です（指定語数：50〜60語）。
構成パターンは「主張（導入） → 理由①＋具体例 → 理由②＋具体例 → 結論」の4部構成が黄金比です。
導入・主張の決まり文句
肯定・否定の立場を明確に宣言します。問題文の英語をそのまま活用できるため、スペルミスのリスクを最小限に抑えられます。
・賛成の場合：I think that [問題文の文].
・反対の場合：I do not think that [問題文の文].
理由①の書き方とつなぎ言葉
1つ目の理由は「First,」から開始し、汎用性の高い論点を提示します。
・First, it is [ convenient / useful / dangerous ] for [ people / students ] to [動詞の原形].
（第一に、〜にとって…することは便利／役立つ／危険です。）
・For example, they can [動詞の原形] easily.
（例えば、彼らは簡単に〜することができます。）
理由②の書き方とつなぎ言葉
2つ目の理由は「Second,」または「Also,」で繋ぎ、異なる切り口の理由を加えます。
・Second, [主語] can learn many things through [名詞 / 動名詞].
（第二に、〜を通じて多くのことを学ぶことができます。）
・Also, it is good for the environment / their health.
（また、環境／彼らの健康にとって良いことです。）
結論の決まり文句
最後に一文添えることで指定語数（50〜60語）に美しく収まり、構成点が満点になります。
